Manor Academy's new reward system for students

The Academy seeks to recognise and celebrate positive attendance, achievement, effort and progress.

Achievement points are awarded in all lessons where students follow expectations, make good progress, participate in learning, contribute to discussion or demonstrate positive learning behaviour. Heads of Year celebrate achievement for their year groups, this includes celebration assemblies, contact home and reward certificates. The school also hold celebratory events for students gaining the most achievement points in a half term. There is a yearly award ceremony to recognise continued effort, attendance and success over the year.
