On Tuesday 31st January, once again saw Manor Girls triumphant in success at the Year 7 Sports Hall Athletics, the girls team consisted of Lilly Nash, Millee Clarke, Ellie Morris, Imogen Derricott, Katie Green, Chloe Cameron, Bobbi-Paige Hennessey and Amber Redfern all 8 girls took part in between three and five track and field events to accumulate a team points total that absolutely outclassed the opposition and allowed them to be crowned Mansfield Champions and qualify for the County Finals at The Winter School Games on the 27th February.

The Boys team consisted of Myles Walters, Ethan Wiestort, Nathan Jones, Nicci Kerry, Charlie Hardwick, Joseph Elder and Lewis Godfrey, this event was a little closer and went down to the last race of the day Manor were trailing Samworth by three points and needed to win the final relay and hope that one of the other school completed it in a quick time to push Samworth into third place. The boys did their bit and completely thrashed Samworth in the final relay, but unfortunately, neither All Saints, QE or Garabaldi were fast enough to push Samworth into third place so the boys were left in second place overall by one point. However the boys took it well and congratulated Samworth on their efforts.
